Type German characters without a German keyboard |
This page allows you to easily type German characters (such as umlauts) without a German keyboard. You can edit your text in the box and then copy it to your document, e-mail message, etc.

Press Ctrl with the appropriate letter. For example, to type ä, press Ctrl+A; to type ß, press Ctrl+S. Stop the mouse over each button to learn its keyboard shortcut. You can select text and press Ctrl+C to copy it to your document. |
